I created an application form that was built using multistep cf7 and conditional fields. Where the user is first asked if he/she is a native English speaker. If the user is an English native speaker he/she can skip other steps and if the user isn’t a native speaker he/she must have to qualify for an English assessment.

The form start from asking basic information and in last field the user is asked the main question where the logic is applied, but multistep form is only working in one case.

how can i make it work in both cases

CASE 1: where a user can skip English assessment (all other multisteps)
CASE 2: If the user isn’t a native English he/she must fill the remaining steps

Conditional fields is not compatible with any of the following third party plugins:
    – multistep
    – repeater
    – multifile upload

In order for this to work you can uninstall all these plugins and purchase conditional fields pro, which offers a solution for these 3 problems out of the box.
