How can users unsubcribe?

Hi,
You offer the option to delete personal info from db and so on, can we do that automatically though? I mean, is there a way I can send that typical hyperlink text at the bottom of an email where if they click, their info will get deleted?

Short answer: yes. But not from Forminator. 😉
You’re referring to the Privacy options under Settings > Submissions, correct?
The options there enable you to set specific timeframes for automatic deletion of submissions and their associated data.
For Form Privacy, there is the additional option for how to handle Account Erasure Requests from users.
That option simply tells your WordPress to delete any form submission containing a user email address if that user requests you delete their account.
But that whole deletion process is handled by your WordPress under Tools > Erase Personal Data.
You can check the box there to send the user an email that contains a link they click to confirm the account erasure. That would also delete any form submissions from them with that same email address if you had enabled that option as above.
