HOW DO I ADD A GROUP

    HELLO

    I have a site and I am trying to work out whether Tag Groups can help. firstly how do you add a group? I have the 3 groups however need 4.
    In my shop I have many different products, which I have set up categories and subcategories for – and I have tagged them in the 4 industries that they fall under.
    I am hoping that this plug in can help me to show a specific product that falls within one of the industries without showing every other product that has been tagged industry 1.
    Eg. Vinyl products that fall into the 4 different industries – I want to show vinyl products for industry 1 only AND only vinyl not every other product that falls under industry 1.

    I hope this isn’t too confusing.

    1. If you created already 3 groups, the 4th one should be created the same way. Just click on a “plus” sign. See the image in the 2nd chapter. If this doesn’t work, please describe what happens instead and where it fails.

    2. Filtering the products by tag group is only possible in the premium version (see here). In the free version you can use a tag cloud and visitors can select a tag under a group.
