# How do I Php update?

 * Hi there guys on my health dashboard on my new website with WordPress I am running
   7.2.4. I have dashboard says I need to upgrade to 7.3 but I seem to be going 
   round in circles because although I’m able to check using plugins what the PHP
   is I’m not able to to update it. I use it for business and with the company Digital
   Business Lounge. It is a wordpress.org website but I don’t know who to speak 
   to. I need advice? I’m hoping if I update this it will increase speed my site
   loads on mobiles. I have already installed WordPress fastest cache plugin.

 * That’s not something that can be done in WordPress, your host provider may be
   able to help you update your PHP and you will need to contact them for that.

   contact hosting provider “if” his hosting use a PHP 7.3 version. Some hosting
   providers not set PHP version for their customers so they must do it ourselves.

   to Cpanel and find “Select PHP version” and in left corner in Php version drop
   down button, see if 7.3 version available. If is, check new version and click“
   Set as current”
