How do I remove the extra redirect?

Hello,
I am using Really Simple SSL on my website.
When I type http://www.codenest.in, it first redirects to http://codenest.in and then to https://codenest.in
You can see this GTMetrix waterfall: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.codenest.in/43iUZQWp/

The problem is that this extra redirect is increasing the TTFB. How do I redirect all http://www and http://non-www URL’s to https://non-www without the extra redirect?

Please let me know as it is extremely important for my website’s speed.
