 * Please don’t give me a link to the wordpress one as i don’t understand what they
   mean?? i have a very simple plugin and all i want is a simle explaination as 
   to how i submit/upload it?

 * If it gets approved you will need to use SVN. A guide I point people at is this
   one:

 * This is what you will need to do. Using SVN is required.
