How do we fix the Unpacking archive… stuck error ?

    What server side settings do i need to change to get it to unpack the archive and work ?

    Every time i try its just sticks on Unpacking archive…

    I have the same issue, archive is big 1.60GB.
    I tried local (wamp) and remote server.
    When I check the network via something like firebug I found “500 Internal Server Error”.
