# How do you replace underscores?

 * Hi there,
 * Was just wondering how I would go about changing URLs that used to look like 
   this :
 * [http://www.example.com/news/detail/this_is_my_news_story_slug](http://www.example.com/news/detail/this_is_my_news_story_slug)
 * to
 * [http://www.example.com/news/detail/this-is-my-news-story-slug](http://www.example.com/news/detail/this-is-my-news-story-slug)
 * (The example.com is obviously just an example in this case 😉 ).
 * My problem is that the existing URLs are news posts so could have many underscores
   in them or only a few depending upon the title of the news post.
 * Thanks to anyone in advanced for any help with this.
