How does autoload work?

On https://johanmtb.com/mont-ventoux-2025/, we want to automatically load posts the same way as on https://connekthq.com/plugins/ajax-load-more/add-ons/next-page/next-page-default/

We haven’t been able to do this yet using the plugin’s settings. Is there a manual somewhere on how to do this with the plugin?
