 * Hi,
 * I have two questions. I have fixed header on my site and set the offset at 60px(
   as the height of the header), Is the offset dynamic? When the width of the view
   being smaller the header height being smaller. So the progress bar follow this
   value or always appear in 60px?
 * The other question is that, can I somehow to set the progress bar always visible?
   When scroll the bar is visible, but if stop scroll the bar is not visible.

 * It will always stay at 60px if you set that as the offset.
 * Yes you can have the scroll bar always visible. Play around with the color and
   opacity settings. There is a “mute” feature which dims the bar when you stop
   scrolling, but you can turn that off in the plugin settings.

 * Thank you for your response.
    Sometimes the offset seems to not work well, but
   I will keep an eye on it.
 * The fade effect is gone! But… for some reason the bar turns into red when I stop
   scrolling? I have change all colors!

 * Make sure you actually have colors selected and none of them are set to be transparent.
