 * This plugin affects SEO in terms of providing you the capability to make user
   friendly URLs which are easy to comprehend and remember rather than post ids.
 * If you are talking about the load, queries this plugin would use and decrease
   your site performance so, a BIG NO there is no such issue in using this plugin.
