How does this work?

I recently activated this plug-in but I don’t see anything different on my page or when I post and add images. The only change I’ve noticed is that when I create a gallery (the same way I did before I activated the plug-in) now my images are HUGE and I can’t even add an image because it’s so large. Am I missing something? Are there user instructions out there?
