   I can’t understand how I can install as plugin on WP.

 * Hi there. APC is a PHP plugin, not a WordPress plugin, so it needs to be installed
   as part of PHP. If you have shell access to your server, it’s pretty straightforward,
   typically just `pecl install apc`, but will depend on your server. Lots of info
   if you Google it.
