How is STOP/Unsubscribe handled?

    Hi, I’m a bit new to SMS, so sorry if this is a daft question. If I send out an SMS to my wordpress subscribers and they reply “STOP” (https://www.bulksms.com/features/automatic-opt-out.htm), what will happen with this plugin if I try to send to them again? And if it STOPs successfully, out of interest, how is that handled? Is it all done by the 3rd party, or is the STOP recorded within my website database? Thanks! Charles

    Hello @charlesrodmell,

    This feature comes from your SMS provider options and our plugin have not integrated with this, you must ask your provider to help you on this.
    Our plugin just has an SMS send integration with bulksms.com.
