How move "more fields" plugin to "advanced custom" plugin ?

Take a look at ACF’s flexible content.

Flexible content is for something else.
There is no easy way to convert more fields to ACF. You will have to manually recreate the same custom field keys you created in more fields but with ACF. If you do that, ACF will take over more fields. Then you just need to make the correct ACF calls on your template.
