# How often the plugin refresh it’s data?

 * I was looking on the raport yesterday and i see that even if it was 11 pm the
   last status was on 2pm [http://prntscr.com/ql5xr1](http://prntscr.com/ql5xr1)
 * How long do the plugin need to refresh the orders data?

   data is updated based upon various actions firing in WooCommerce. Like when an
   order is edited/created, a job is enqueued to update stats for that order – or
   if a user/customer object is updated, a job is enqueued to update associated 
   reporting data.
 * By chance do you have any pending actions for scheduled jobs showing up:
 * `/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=action-scheduler&status=pending`
 * That would give a glimpse into stat jobs that have yet to run.

 * I think the error above might be related to filter statuse, because we had only
   complete orders show and our teammates did not process the pending orderst(that
   do not show on report and created that “delay”) but pleace check the screanshot
   and tell me if ther are problems >D
