How to activate header menu

    Hello to all,
    I have the fanwood theme and i love it but i cannot activate a horizontal menu.
    I want it to look like here: http://devpress.com/demo/fanwood/layout-3/ and i am talking about the menu that shows: Sample Page Uncategorized Layout Options» More Layout Options

    Please please someone tell me how can i do that.
