How to add static page to Admin Menu sidebar?

    Good Day,

    We have a business requirement where we are trying to Add a static page into the Default WordPress sidebar. The Default sidebar shows the ‘Dashboard’ and ‘Profile’ button, We want to be able to customize that for each specific user such as subscriber, author, contributer etc and add static pages. We were not able to find any plugins out there that accomplish this, Any solution ideas are most welcome.
