# How to change SQL & PHP settings

 * When I run the scanner it shows a list of SQL and PHP settings some of which 
   look like they need changing.
    There are pop up boxes with explanations, but 
   no advice on how to make changes.
 * Is there a link anywhere to explain how to change each one ?
 * I have used this plugin for several years, the new Acunetix vertion is extremely
   thorough and useful.
 * Here is the SQL and PHP list
 *     ```
       SQL Mode : Not set
       PHP Safe Mode : Off
       PHP Allow URL fopen : On
       ```

 * thank you for your interest in our plugin.
 * the reason there aren’t advices on how to change each setting there is that most
   of them would require a lot of space, and we couldn’t display them there.
