I installed the Jetpack plugin on my client’s site so he can use it as a store manager in the future. However, he’s asking for a customized version that his previous site admin provided. I’ve tried to find a way to edit or customize Jetpack but haven’t found any helpful information.

As shown in the photos, he wants the exact same setup he was using before because it’s easier for him. Can anyone help me achieve this?

    Hi there, @epascalito,

Thanks for sharing the screenshots – that helps!

Based on what you wrote and the screenshots, I seem to understand that your client might be after an e-commerce feature, which is something Jetpack doesn’t provide.

Is it possible that they used WooCommerce in the past? Woo needs to have Jetpack connected to have some feature works, so that makes me think they might have confused the two plugins (They’re both under the same parent company, Automattic, so it can be easy to confuse them).

Does it resonate with you? You can also share the user’s site URL if that can help us better frame the context. If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.
