 * I have the Navig block working okay but the spaces around the vertical text are
   too large.
 * How can I make them smaller please?

 * You are able to change the spacing by selecting the block, and scrolling down
   to **Dimensions** and changing the **Block spacing **accordingly, as seen in 
   the screenshot below:
