# How to definitely exclude a visitor’s chat history?

 * Is it even possible to definitely exclude a visitor’s chat history? I can’t find
   an option for that. I was wondering that after a visitor’s first chat, in the
   client’s side, I mean int the browser it would be nice the chat widget to remember
   just the visitor’s Name and email if previously supplied.
 * If a visitor returns to the site, the whole last conversation is displayed. I
   think the operador should have the ability to definitely close it’s conversation
   with the visitor, and the visitor should also be able to wipe it all out from
   his/her view.
 * I think it makes no sense to have such persistent behavior, I mean, when a chat
   is closed, it is meant to be closed, right?

 * We don’t offer this feature at the moment. The conversations are stored in the
   visitor’s browser and are cleared only when the browser cache is cleared.
