    I don’t
   have ssl cert. clicked activate now my site is giving a 404 error and I cant 
   even use my wp back end to delete it.

 * I think you may be confused as `phpMyAdmin` is a database management tool and
   cannot be used to remove or manage WordPress plugins.
 * However, you can delete this plugin via FTP/SFTP.
