i have version 6.1.4.1 but there is no
convert to webp

Typically, it’s for one of the same reasons I outlined here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/webp-option-available-in-one-hosting-plan-but-not-in-other-plan/

Yes, if the free cwebp binary cannot be run on your current hosting platform, your options are:
1. change hosting
2. get an API key for WebP conversion
