How to Exclude code if there only PHP or JS in section

    Hello,

    Thanks for your time,

    Firstly, i use popads , and i get code from popads to insert in my <head> section, i use 2 different ways which is no one is worked

    1) i add directly to my <head> and popads code is not worked correctly because minify problem.

    2) so i try to use insert header plugin, and same happen, not worked.

    my plan is to exclude the code from minify setting, but in my First way, code is direct in head section, no path JS
    and in Second way, the plugin Insert Header is only use php, no JS too

    Any clue my friend?
