As far as I understood, when I use MailPoet the first time and I import existing emails to my post-notification list, all members will immediately receive an email with the latest existing posting. Correct?
I don’t like this and therefore I thought I could set my list to an inactive status until there is a really new posting. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a function like that.

What is your recommendation to handle this?

Thanks for reaching out!

So if I got it right, you created a list with users to whom you’d like to send Post notifications.

If yes, I recommend creating this list first and then setting up your Post Notification email and activate it.
