How to hide these elements?

Thanks again for the lovely tool you provided to us.
I’m very happy to have it.
I need your help, please. If you see the image, uploaded here ,
you will understand what exactly I want to hide from my users and will be great, if you have solution.
I tried all possible combinations to hide these boxes with theme’s options but I didn’t succeed.
