How to install an admin theme

    Hi there,

    I would like to know how to install an admin theme (NOT A WEBSITE THEME). I have been searching the internet for days only to find nothing. I do know how to install a website theme to my website and use it but i do i use the admin themes shown here http://themifycloud.com/html-templates/admin-dashboard-html-templates/ ?
