How To Install Plugins Via Theme Functions

    Is there a way to Check for an installed plugin, and if it’s not installed to GET the .zip via ww.wp.xz.cn. Install it to the wp-content/plugins/ and activate it.

    I would like to do this to save time when building new sites to save time and not waste my time going through menus.
