• Hello I was installing a new domain on wordpress and I did it wrong so i removed it. I tried reinstalling it and its telling me i need to manually remove wp-admin, wp-content and wp-includes. Can someone please tell me how to do this???? Thank you so very much. If I do get those thing removed then I can reinstall is that correct?? Thank you very much!!! I appreciate the help!!

  • FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) & delete all WordPress files & folders.

    i did and it didnt work. I dont know what im doing wrong, i found the file manager and the public html files, deleted them, deleted the ones in the ftp account and it still not working, im new to all this and have never done this before.

    Try asking your hosts for assistance. It sounds like you’re having problem with their 1-click installer rather than with WordPress itself.
