How to Optimize Google Embed Post for Mobile

My WordPress website is optimized for mobile. I’ve recently embeded a Google+ post on my homepage. However I now realise the post is not showing correctly on mobile as it does not fit the screen.
Is is possible to make the embeded post smaller or some other way to optimize it?
I’m using Canode.
