How to pass constant numeric values?

Hi,

I wonder if it is possible to pass some constant numeric values to the 3rd-party, when it is expecting them as JSON number, not string.

I am using a combination of this plugin along with the xpost one, to send data to a 3rd-party which uses JSON API. One field must be a number, and so encoded like a number in JSON (without the ” quotes). But I don’t know how can this be achieved.
