How to remove “Another Subscription” + Allow Column-Layout

Hi,
I like your plugin and I use it together with MailPoet, which is working pretty well.

Only two issues I’d like to address:

A – When “Hide Form On Success” is activated, a button saying “Another Subscription” will be displayed after the visitor submit the form. This button is confusing for the subscriber and completely unneccessary. How can I remove it without deactivating “Hide Form On Success”?

B – I need to create a simple Newsletter-Subscription form with one row only and 3 columns for Name, Email, Submit button. If there’s a way to provide this pls let us know 🙂

I have found a workaround for A, just added the following code to the Customizer > Additional CSS:
```
.cwp-add_another_submission
{display:none;}
```
For B I haven’t found a solution yet, so I would be happy if you would advice me 🙂

Thank you for trying out the plugin.

1) Yeah, there is no option to hide or change the text for that yet. Could you please post this or any other feature improvement or ideas you have, to our feedback collection board.
