How to delete the css in the html? wp_head ()?

Everything is in the title, I would like to remove the css from the html code and I don’t know the names of these css files. I think they are in “wp_head ()” thanks in advance 🙂

referring is due to change of the primary color of the theme, hence, if you want to not output it for your site then, maybe you can reset the primary color of your site to default color and see if that helps?
