Hi guys, I’ve updated the plugin to version 11.7 and noticed the new JS code panel available for blocks. I’d like to run a custom JavaScript command when a block is clicked — a command that isn’t available in your list of predefined actions.

Is it possible to do this using Interaction Layers or another method?

You don’t need to use Interaction layers with custom js, because you can add everything directly in custom js panel, this will be faster. If you can’t build script, we added also AI helper there

Can you provide an example of a script where “clicking on this block should open an alert”?

this is regular on click function in js

as I wrote, we have AI helper there, ask it to build what you need. Add any static unique class to element before this. You can wait our quick tutorial about this feature

JS custom panel was added inside GreenLight Element blocks, it has also AI helper
