How to use this Plugin?

    Hi all,
    I am sorry if it sounds too basic a question to ask here please bear with me. I have installed this plugin on my computer expecting it to present me with something like a template based structure [probably a class] to build a custom plugin, BUT I am stuck and am not sure how to proceed. Apparently, it appears as if the plugin is installed correctly but am unable to find a way to use it for the Plugin Development.

    Any instructions on how to get started with it will be much appreciated!.
