Please diagnose the issue on your end using the following solutions:
- Navigate from admin panel to “Job Board” > “Settings” > “Email Notifications” and here check if the relevant options are enabled correctly.
- This can also be caused due to the conflict with one of your activated plugins or themes. We would suggest you to debug the issue on your end by deactivating plugins one by one or switch the theme to default Tweenty Tweenty.
