 * I used to use WP Fastest Cache quite often, because it is able to modify the .
   htaccess to redirect my URLs to static pre-generated HTML files for the best 
   server-sided caching performance. Sadly, WP Fastest Cache has poor client side
   caching and offers less options to work with.
 * I like PageSpeed Ninja for its rich options, but it lacks server-sided caching
   with .htaccess, so it’s slower.
 * Can this be implemented in the future, please?
