 * I have moved my site from directory
 * mysite/blog
 * to
 * mysite/
 * Now what exactly do i write in the .htaccess file so the old links directs to
   the new ones?

 * Usually you can just move the .htaccess with the other files and it works fine.
   If not, update your permalinks to update the .htaccess.
