# HTML and Visual view problem

 * So,
    I have uploaded the article using the plain text editor. Then I switched
   to HTML to add the images and edit the look of the post (lining paragraph, aligning
   text on the right and so on…). Everything looks perfect now.
 * Now I would like to go back to Visual to perform some more job on the articles:
   
   1) adding links 2) adding color to some part of the text 3) etc…
 * The problem is, everytime I try to switch from HTML view to Visual view, I loose
   all my changes and I have to edit them all again…
 * Any ideas, what are the right steps.
    Your help is very much appreciated…

 * Never switch back and forth between the visual and html editors because it will
   mess up your code. These editors do things very differently, so you should only
   use one or the other. If you will be adding your own code, stick to the html 
   editor and disable the visual editor in your dashboard profile.
