# HTML block not responsive

* Hi !
* Nice and great plugin !
I just have an issue with the HTML block, in which i
use an ads shortcode. The ads display correctly, but the HTML block container
does not seem to be responsive, as it is in other mailing plugins.
* If I use a simple image block its ok but with no ads tracking or rotation possible
so.
* Consequence : the image displays in full size instead of limiting the width to
the mail container (600 max in desktop for ex).
* Is there a way to “responsivify” this block ?

* Hi, the responsiveness is by the block content, the HTML block should work as
a simple container. If the ad shortcode adds an image but that image is not “
max-width: 100%”, there is nothing the block can do.
* You should try to ask the shortcode developer.

* Hi ! thank you.
* The issue is that I cannot set the “maw-width” in the HTML block : all “;” are
removed.
* I was surprise because at the moment i use mailpoet and attempting to migrate,
and the shortcode work perfectly on MP html block. So my question :p

* Uhm, we’re not removing them, probably is a filter on WP side: I’ll check it.
