• I have 2.02 WP and am having a problem with IE and how it displays. Ive come to the conclusion that whenever I add any html to a post it throws my sidebar to the bottom of the page. Only when I remove Italics tags or blockquote does the sidebar move back up to where it’s supposed to be so it has nothing to do with a picture width or padding/ margins. No matter what, when html is used it cracks. I dont use the Visual Text Editor or Textile etc…. any help? It works fine with Mozilla. Actually all Im tryin to do is get the blockquote function so I dont have to do it manually… thats a drag. Basically, all I did was tweak kubrick into being three column by splitting the sidebar and widening the content holder…. on kubrick it doesnt get odd when you use html in the posts…. but my code isnt anything but kubrick…. helllllpppp 🙂

  • IE is the worst web browser you will find for displaying webpages. You’re using Kubrick so it’s a set width theme. Theres a good chance you’re causing the text to literally push the DIV it’s in out of the position it’s been defined to sit in. If that makes sense? How did you define Kubrick to be 3 column – floats/absolute?

Yes, I agree, it truly is…. but the drag is most people use it so your kinda stuck…. you were right, for whatever reason, it was basically pushing the div into the rows…. and I dont get why mozilla wasnt… oh well…. yes, floats and aligns. It’s up now if you want to see…. pretty basic. Thanks for the help.
