Thank you so much for sharing the requested information. Our team replicated a similar scenario as yours, but failed to reproduce the issue you are facing.
Could you please test the flow with all other plugins deactivated except Post SMTP & WooCommerce, along with the theme switched to default. This will help us in identifying if it’s due to potential conflict with another plugin.
