# HTML Code Not Working

 * Hi, I’ve used WordPress for a long time as a content person (not technical) and
   I’ve never had any trouble adding in line forms to websites. Normally I just 
   paste the code into the HTML editor. Well I’m trying to add forms to my page 
   and the HTML isn’t working. Nothing is showing up when I go back to visual editor,
   or when I preview the page. Please help I have no idea how to fix this. Here’s
   the code:

 * Are you sure this is the right page?
    I get 404 error when I try to access it.
 * Also I see your website doesn’t have the installation code. So it won’t work 
   without it.

 * I’m guessing you are using PopTin to create the form, have you also installed
   and activated the WordPress plugin as per instructions here:

 * I haven’t, thank you I’ll try that. I had the same problem with Sumo though using
   this code:

 * Ok, I think I figured it out, I added code tags before and after, and it’s not
   showing on the visual editor but it is showing on the preview page. Thank you!
