HTML code show in menu instead of flags

Hi,
I’m using converio theme and the plugin polylang. I tried to show de flags with the language in menu bug instead of flags i have “<img src=”http://flows-management.com/wp-content/plugins/polylang/flags/fr_FR.png” title=”Français” alt=”Français” />”
I have the last version of polylang.
any idea ?
