# HTML / CSS Question

 * I have an image that has been wrapped by text. I would like a border around the
   image and a little spacing between the border and the text. The problem I’m running
   into is that the space is happening between the image and the border rather than
   between the border of the image and the text.
 * **Here’s the HTML I’m using for the image:**

   can see the code rather than the actual image.
 * **Here’s the CSS:**
    .border { border-width: 3px; border-color: #cccccc; border-
   style: solid; float: left; padding-right: 10px; }

 * Hmmm, I thought this would just be a basic HTML & CSS question. Not specific 
   to my theme.

 * Correct. Your question is theme agnostic.
 * But, it looks like you fixed it? Good job. 🙂
 * Hey, if you don’t mind. Here’s a couple of _suggestions_ for next time.
 * 1. Maybe add a **screen capture** or at least be more specific. E.g. I couldn’t
   find what you were referring to until I clicked on an image. So, you were having
   an issue with the **modal** popup. Sharing your steps to **reproduce** the issue
   and using the correct terminology goes a long way.
 * 2. Please use the “CODE” button when adding code snippets to your post. The “
   CODE” button is on the tool bar menu of your post editor.
 * 3. I see that your modal popup is suffering from the dreaded _auto scroll to 
   top of page_ issue. I find this annoying. If you want a fix for that, please
