 * to show up in my blog, but it won’t do it in the HTML editor.
 * How would I do this?

 * You are never supposed to put **any kind of code** in any html editor…
    Disable
   it.

 * moshu means try temporarily turning off the WYSIWYG editor in WordPress. You 
   can do this by unchecking ‘Use the visual rich editor when writing’ under Users
   > Your Profile.
