 * Hi! This character is not supported by the font used for the Simple template (
   Open Sans). You can either replace this html entity by one that is supported 
   by the font, or [switch to different font](http://docs.wpovernight.com/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/using-custom-fonts/)
   that supports that character.

 * Hello Roman,
    The link in my post above explains how to use custom fonts, I don’t
   know any fonts off the top of my head that support this character, unfortunately.
