A 500 Internal Server Error is quite vague and, by itself, doesn’t really indicate the source of the issue. What we’ve found in the past is that it’s usually caused by either a mess-up in some plugin code or conflicting code between two plugins. I did some digging through the WordPress forums (looking at threads like the one here: [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-is-currently-unable-to-handle-this-request/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-is-currently-unable-to-handle-this-request/)) and that does seem to be the consensus. I’d recommend that you try deactivating all other plugins (besides ours) to see if the error stops. If that works, then you can try re-activating the other plugins, one by one, to see which is causing the conflict. * What we’ve also found in the past is that, if you’re using some kind of page builder or visual composer, and you’re placing the shortcode in there, then that can cause a conflict.
