 * Hi proservnetcom,
 * I apologize for this issue you are having and for the delay in our response here.
   A 500 Internal Server Error is quite vague and, by itself, doesn’t really indicate
   the source of the issue. What we’ve found in the past is that it’s usually caused
   by either a mess-up in some plugin code or conflicting code between two plugins.
   I did some digging through the WordPress forums (looking at threads like the
   one here: [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-is-currently-unable-to-handle-this-request/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-is-currently-unable-to-handle-this-request/))
   and that does seem to be the consensus. I’d recommend that you try deactivating
   all other plugins (besides ours) to see if the error stops. If that works, then
   you can try re-activating the other plugins, one by one, to see which is causing
   the conflict.
 * What we’ve also found in the past is that, if you’re using some kind of page
   builder or visual composer, and you’re placing the shortcode in there, then that
   can cause a conflict. If you’re doing this, then, as a test, please try deactivating
   the page builder for the page the FAQ shortcode is on, to see if that makes a
   difference.
 * If you try these suggestions and are still facing an issue, then could you please
   let us know exactly where the error is coming up (back end or front end) and
   provide us with a URL to the page on which you are getting the error?
 * Thank you
