HTML to blocks bug with ‘li’ elements

Hi,

When an ‘li’ tag, that has only text inside it, is converted by Style Manager to GL blocks, the text is not showing because the generated ‘li’ is set to ‘Text content’, but the content is actually added as a span sub-block
